I was in Memphis playing softball and have a back injury. I came here looking for a quick treatment about an hour before closing time. Not only did they stay late to accommodate my schedule, they went above and beyond by letting me visit with a physical therapist who spent several minutes with me and gave me some great advice on continuing treatment once I get back home. Josh runs a great wellness facility!

My partner and I came in for an infrared sauna session today and ended up doing a cold plunge and red light therapy with the vibration plate. We had such an incredible experience, and left feeling so nourished and invigorated! Josh was so accommodating and knowledgable about the services. The space is beautiful, comfortable, clean and has everything you could need - water, towels, toiletries, showers etc. Love this place!!!

For the past couple weeks, I've been doing infrared sauna and red light sessions here - both separately and combined. It's been simultaneously relaxing and rejuvenating and I'm hoping to make a habit of it. Ease is a beautiful, serene yet unpretentious space within Sundara Wellness, which is perfect because I also take yoga classes there. I've booked a red light session before Julie's amazing yin yoga class this coming Tuesday and I'm really looking forward to it.

Ease provides everything you need to de-stress, reset, and relax! I am a huge fan of all the services & recommend giving each a try! Also if this is completely new territory for you - no worries because they are incredibly knowledgeable and kind to explain all their offerings! If you’ve even slightly thought about giving it a try, don’t think anymore! I suggest contrast - sauna & polar plunge is incredible!

Josh Day is the best at care, wellness knowledge vs client need, and ensures the best experience geared to individual client results. He listens then designs treatment to fit your needs.

As a male experiencing joint ache and moderate health issues…it ia worth the two hr drive made monthly. I will keep visiting The Ease and I highly recommend you treat yourself to a sensational wellness spa experience.

I go to Sundara regularly for PT, so I love the serene space already. I did the compression and infrared sauna (for the first time). I loved being able to chill and have my own space to play music/meditate. Afterwards I used the shower and loved the toiletries they had just in case you didn't bring your own. I did have a question on using it and was in a robe, so had to wait until the end to ask, so that's the only issue is just having to go downstairs if you need something. I found myself feeling energized after the sauna, which also wasn't as hot as traditional ones, but I did still sweat! I will definitely come back.

The salt booth is my favorite for when I’m not feeling well. It’s the only thing that makes me feel better for allergies, colds and when my immunity is low. I’m so grateful for them, their kind staff and so many modalities to choose from to help me feel my best!

The entire experience was wonderful. Location was easy to find. The space has a friendly, warm & relaxed vibe. Josh has a friendly smile that immediately calms any anxiety you may have about trying something new. He makes sure you are comfortable. He reassures you that he is near if you need him. I did hyperbaric therapy . Space was bigger than I anticipated which was nice. An hour of quiet was just a bonus. Breathing 100% oxygen felt incredible. I could feel my cells felt as if they were dancing with joy . This lasted about 30 mins after I left. It’s a great feeling knowing I did something great for my body. I highly recommend this and any other treatments they offer.
